I'm going to have to go with Spider-Man on this. Because Batman can't do any thing every enemy he has ever had kicked his ass I mean how could a fat man who goes around calling him self a penguin who has no powers beat up Batman were Spider-Man has bad guys who shoot pulse lasers,(Shocker)acid,(Scorpion)and some have the power to through harden goo at him (Carnage). Plus Peter didn't no anything and he still ends up winning were Batsy has trained for years and still loses. Well 've got more but i will leave it here :).
I dont know how no one brought up the fact that Spider-Man has freaking SUPER POWERS. He's super strong, super fast, and he can basically see the future before it happens. There's no way a guy with no super powers at all is going to beat him, even if he is trained as a ninja.
