I think Predator, with its weaponry and intelligence could annihilate multiple Aliens at once if he has a lot of space otherwise he'd get destroyed with no space against several of them...similarly in a single-combat an Alien could beat him only in an open field to dodge the Predator's attacks...
without his stuff Alien to win hands down.
